LRC Custom Builders is a full-service construction management and custom building company. The benefit of being a small team means that typically meetings between client, architect and builder are with the Director, Lachlan.
Following the initial email or phone communication, we will arrange a face-to-face meeting between you and Lachlan to discuss your personal requirements and budget. As Project Manager, Lachlan will be your person of contact throughout the entire project, happily answering any questions that arise. Our commitment is to keep our clients updated throughout the process. It is entirely up to each client to decide how much, or how little, involvement they would like to have in the process.
